A progressive remote care management company looking for a motivated and experienced call center supervisor with a passion for leadership and healthcare. This position, part of the Enrollment Services Department, requires a working knowledge of medical, administrative and call center processes to best perform in this role. Success is based on this individual's ability to adhere to a fast paced, goal orientated environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive goal driven attitude.
Supervise a team charged with enrolling patients into specific programs via telephone by conducting initial outreach calls, and the assessments and development of patient-centered care plans. The team is responsible for providing timely telephonic follow-up calls and tracking and recording scheduled tasks.
