How The LIVErHEALTHY™ Program Works
LIVErHEALTHY™ will use existing health data to find and activate patients at risk for NAFLD/NASH. Once patients are enrolled, a personalized diagnostic and care plan is approved by providers and delivered directly to the patient using Livvy™, our Digital Therapeutic App that connects patients with certified health coaches, diagnostic devices and remote sensors to track program results. With LIVErHEALTHY™, everyone is always connected with minimal effort and disruption.
